Read
- The full Arabic text with a choice of Arabic fonts and text sizes.
- An English or Urdu translation, chosen to suit your tradition and following your app language.
- Juz index, surah list, favourites and your reading position.
- Sajdah verses are marked, with the ruling for your tradition and the recitation.

Listen: Quran audio recitation
Tap play on any surah and the recitation follows along, with the current verse highlighted and the page scrolling by itself.
- One reciter for each tradition: Abdul Basit (Murattal) for Sunni, Karim Mansouri for Shia.
- Download once, listen offline. Each surah is downloaded the first time you play it, then plays with no connection.
- Wi-Fi only by default, with the size shown before any large download so mobile data is never a surprise.
- Download all: keep a whole reciter on your phone (about 1 GB), with a clear storage warning, a progress bar, a stop button and delete-all.
- Play in the background with notification controls, with the screen off.
- Play from this verse, change the speed, repeat a verse or a range of verses to memorise, and set a sleep timer.
- Remembers where you stopped.
Search, go to a verse and share
- Search the Arabic (ignoring vowel marks and spelling variants) and the translation, with the matched words highlighted.
- Go to a verse by typing 2:255, or by name such as Ayat al-Kursi, in English, Arabic or Urdu.
- Share a verse as clean text or as an image card with the surah name, Arabic, translation and reference.
Reading plan and khatam tracker
Choose 7, 15, 30, 60 or 90 days and tick off each juz. In the juz view, reaching the last verse of a juz marks it as read, with an undo. An optional daily reminder keeps you on schedule, and the plan tells you honestly whether you are on schedule.
Verse of the day
Turn on an optional daily notification, at the time you choose, with a verse and its translation in your language. It is off until you switch it on.
