Terms of Service

In short. Bricks Go Boom is free to play, with ads in updated Android builds and optional rewarded ads. Progress is saved on your device, and Google Play Games features are optional. Coins and cosmetics have no cash value. Please play fairly and do not copy or resell the game. It is provided as it is, without guarantees.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and aaliSoft, the developer of Bricks Go Boom (the "Game", "we", "us"). They apply when you install or play the Game. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Contact us at [email protected]. How we handle information is described in the Game's Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

2. How the Game works

• Free to play, with ads. The Game is free. Updated Android phone and tablet builds show a banner ad and optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob. Ads are shown with child-directed, non-personalised treatment. Some builds, for example the browser version or Google Play Games on PC, may not show ads. The Privacy Policy explains how advertising and data work.
• Coins, cosmetics and rewards. Coins, medals and unlocked cosmetics are only for use inside the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged, and may be changed or reset when the Game is updated. Rewarded ads are shown only when you choose the offer.
• Progress, scores and Google Play Games. Your progress, saved runs, scores and settings are saved on your device. Browser play uses your browser's storage, which the browser or your device can clear. Google Play Games features such as sign-in, achievements and leaderboards are optional, are for eligible players, and are run by Google under its own terms. Your gamer name and scores may be visible to other players according to your Google settings. Some online features are still being introduced and may not be available in every build.

The Game is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect your age to run the Game, we cannot check it, and younger players should play with a parent or guardian's guidance.

3. Playing fairly

You may play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• copy, modify, resell, rent or redistribute the Game, or put it on another store or website;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the Game's code, art, audio or data, except where the law allows it despite this rule;
• cheat or tamper with the Game, for example by editing saved data, using bots or automation, faking ad views or purchases, or abusing a bug to get rewards, scores or achievements you did not earn;
• try to get around the Game's limits, ads or security, or use the Game in a way that harms it, our services or other players;
• use the Game for anything unlawful.

If you break these rules we may reset or remove your progress, rewards or scores, or limit your access, without a refund where the law allows.

4. Ownership

The Game, including its design, code, art, animation, sound and music, belongs to aaliSoft or its licensors and is protected by copyright and similar laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game on your own devices for as long as these terms apply to you. This licence does not give you ownership of anything, including virtual items. Names and logos of other companies, such as Google and Google Play, belong to them. If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve the Game without owing you anything for them.

5. Updates and changes to the Game

We may update, change, pause or remove features, levels, rewards, ads or the whole Game at any time. The Game may ask you to update to keep working properly. Some features need an internet connection or a Google service, and we cannot promise that those will always be available.

6. No guarantees

We work to keep the Game fun and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Game will always work, be free of errors, bugs or interruptions, run on every device, or that your progress, scores or rewards will never be lost. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited by agreement.

7. Our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, aaliSoft is not responsible for any loss that comes from your playing, or not being able to play, the Game, including lost progress, a missed reward, or an advertiser's product or content. This does not exclude or limit responsibility that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Stopping, and changes to these terms

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may stop or limit your access if you break these terms. We may change these terms, for example when the Game changes or the law requires it. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Game. The law that applies, and the courts that can hear a dispute, are those that apply where you live as a consumer, to the extent the law gives you that right.
